Εντάξει, και μόνο που είδα το όνομα του P. Roland δίπλα σε αυτό των Astral Magic, η προσμονή μου εκτοξεύτηκε στο σύμπαν! Βλέπετε, ο Roland ανήκει στην κατηγορία των καλλιτεχνών όπου πάντα θαύμαζα και παρακολουθούσα (και φυσικά έχω μπόλικα βινύλια του). Το να ακούσω την φωνή του να ντύνει αμιγώς space μουσική ήταν κάτι που δεν περίμενα (το άλμπουμ του με τον Mick Crossley περιείχε και πιο φολκ στοιχεία). Να όμως, που αποδεχόμενος προφανώς την πρόσκληση του Santtu Laakso, αυτό γίνεται πραγματικότητα. Και πιο είναι το αποτέλεσμα; Φυσικά μαγικό!! 5 τραγούδια, δυο εκ των οποίων είναι ινστρο Beyond the Spectral Gate και Samsara, ενώ στα άλλα τρία Mind Melt Machine Mind Melt Machine (Blissed Out Mix) The Illustrated Man η gothic φωνή του τα «ντύνει» με γοητευτικό τρόπο, είτε τραγουδάει είτε απαγγέλει. Εκπληκτικό πάντρεμα space με εγγλέζικο gothic/φολκ/baroque.

 Okay, just seeing P. Roland's name next to Astral Magic's made my anticipation skyrocket! You see, Roland is in the category of artists I've always admired and watched (and of course have plenty of his vinyls). To hear his voice dressed in purely space music was something I did not expect (his album with Mick Crossley contained more folk then space elements ). But here, apparently accepting Santtu Laakso's invitation, this becomes a reality. And what is the result? Magic of course!! 5 songs, two of which are instro-Beyond the Spectral Gate and Samsara-, while in the other three Mind Melt Machine Mind Melt Machine (Blissed Out Mix) The Illustrated Man, his gothic voice "dresses" them in a charming way, whether he sings or recites . Amazing mix of space/electronical music with English gothic/folk/baroque.
