The third album of Heavy Eyes
is probably their best! Their compositions are more clear, they are in great
mood and the songs, although mainly based in 70s hard rock groups, are
extremely nice, dynamic, able to rouse even the most reluctant person to dance
(like me for example!!!), the bass sound brings in mind the Australians Cosmic
Psychos, and the cuts the Queens Of The Stone Age. Long time I had to be
excited with a group with this sound, but now with Heavy Eyes, not just I
thrilled, but I was speechless with their sound. I tried to pick out a song
from He dreams of lions, but it was difficult!! They are almost all excellent.
Το τρίτο άλμπουμ των Heavy Eyes
είναι μάλλον το καλύτερο τους! Οι συνθέσεις τους είναι πιο ολοκληρωμένες, η
διάθεση τους ανεβασμένη και τα τραγούδια, παρόλο που στηρίζονται κυρίως στα 70ς
hard rock σχήματα, είναι εξόχως
συμπαθητικά, δυναμικά, ικανά να ξεσηκώσουν και τον πιο διστακτικό στον χορό
(σαν εμένα πχ!!!), το μπάσο φέρνει λίγο σε Cosmic Psychos, τα
κοψίματα σε Queens Of The Stone Age. Καιρό είχα να ενθουσιαστώ με συγκρότημα αυτού του
ήχου, να όμως τώρα που με τους Heavy
Eyes, όχι απλά ενθουσιάστηκα αλλά έπαθα πλάκα με τον ήχο
τους. Προσπάθησα να ξεχωρίσω κάποιο τραγούδι από το He dreams
of lions αλλά δυσκολεύτηκα!!
Είναι σχεδόν όλα εξαιρετικά
