UNIMOTHER 27 Chrysalis

I have the impression that the new album of Unimother 27 is comparative with the previous ones, their best! The five songs of the album balance among all these musical idioms that they like to offer us all these years through their previous 7 releases. Psychedelic rock music, atmospheric compositions, space, acid  blues passes, hard guitar excitements, monotone melodies, experimental, some hard rock moments mainly on the guitar, progressive, etc. What touched me most is the song that opens the album Miseries are lost in the immense desert of wisdom, a song with Floyd excuses and excellent guitar, The prisoner, a bizarre blues song with a hard base. For Metamorphosis I only have to say that it needs careful listening to understand the avant-garde surrealism that it emits!!

Έχω την εντύπωση, ότι το νέο άλμπουμ των Unimother 27 είναι συγκριτικά με τα προηγούμενα, το καλύτερο τους! Στα πέντε τραγούδια του άλμπουμ ισορροπούν ανάμεσα σε όλα αυτά τα μουσικά ιδιώματα που αρέσκονται να μας προσφέρουν όλα αυτά τα χρόνια μέσα από τις προηγούμενες 7 κυκλοφορίες τους.  Ψυχεδελική ροκ μουσική, ατμοσφαιρικές συνθέσεις, άσιντ blues περάσματα, σκληρούς κιθαριστικούς παροξυσμούς, μονότονες μελωδίες, κάποιες πιο hard ροκ στιγμές κυρίως στην κιθάρα, προγκρέσιβ κλπ. Αυτά που με άγγιξαν περισσότερο είναι το τραγούδι που ανοίγει το άλμπουμ το Miseries are lost in the immense desert of wisdom, ένα τραγούδι με Floydικές εξάρσεις  και εξαιρετική κιθάρα, το The prisoner, ένα αλλόκοτο blues τραγούδι με σκληρή βάση.  Για το Metamorphosis έχω να πω μονάχα ότι χρίζει προσεκτικής ακρόασης για να καταλάβουμε τον avant-garde σουρεαλισμό που εκπέμπει!!
