Screaming dEAD Balloons – Cockroach's Vanity

 Αγνοούσα με χαρακτηριστική βλακεία εγκεφάλου του Λαρισαίους Screaming dEAD Balloons  ώσπου μια μέρα οι ίδιοι  μου έστειλαν την τελευταία τους δουλειά και μου άνοιξαν τα μάτια-και τα αφτιά φυσικά!! Έχοντας κυκλοφορήσει 2 άλμπουμ, το ομότιτλο το 2014 και το L'UN AR ID το 2019, ένα 10’’ με τίτλο Banana Blue το 2014, ένα 7’’ το 2021 με τίτλοHow to Die with Success καθώς και ένα σπλιτ 7’’ με τους Birthday Kicks το 2016, οι Screaming dEAD Balloons  αρέσκονται σε ήχους οι οποίοι έχουν σαν βάση το πιο σκληρό γκαράζ ροκ αλλά  απλώνονται και σε άλλα μουσικά μονοπάτια. Υποψίες ηλεκτρισμένου kraut-rock ξεδιπλώνονται κυρίως από τις κιθάρες, άλλες αχνές  στιγμές velvetικών αποχρώσεων ίσως καλύψουν κάποια σημεία των μουσικών αισθητήριων μας, κυρίως όμως ο ήχος τους διακατέχεται από μια καλειδοσκοπικά ψυχεδελική ματιά! Στην παρούσα κυκλοφορία (digital προς το παρόν) υπάρχουν 3 τραγούδια στα οποία μπορείτε να ακούσετε και να ανακαλύψετε όλα τα παραπάνω στοιχεία. Στα Free Fall και Generation F ο ήχος κινείται σε γκαράζ ροκ δυνατές φόρμες ενώ στο Mahsa Amini οι ταχύτητες χαμηλώνουν κάπως και η εμφάνιση ενός κλαρινέτου δίνει έναν ιδιαίτερο τόνο στο τραγούδι. Όσοι αγνοούσαν (αν υπάρχουν τέτοιοι), σαν και του λόγου μου, αυτή την μπάντα από την Λάρισα, καλό είναι να τους μάθουν πάραυτα!! Μόνο κερδισμένοι θα νιώσουν.

I was ignorant the Screaming dEAD Balloons (from Larissa) with typical brain stupidity until one day the guys sent me their latest work and they opened my eyes and ears!! Having released 2 full albums, the self titled in 2014 and L'UN AR ID in 2019, a 10'' titled Banana Blue in 2014, a 7'' in 2021 titled How to Die with Success as well as a split 7'' with the Birthday Kicks in 2016. Screaming dEAD Balloons are fond of sounds that are based on the hardest garage rock but also branch out into other musical paths. Suspicions of electrified kraut-rock unfold mainly from the guitars, other faint moments of Velvet shades may cover some parts of our musical senses, but mainly their sound is possessed by a more kaleidoscopically psychedelic look! In the present release (digital for now) there are 3 songs in which you can listen and discover all the above elements. In Free Fall and Generation F the sound moves like  stormy garage rock while in Mahsa Amini the speeds slow down a bit and the appearance of a clarinet gives a special tone to the song. Those who were unaware (if there are any), like I, of this band from Larissa, it's good for their health to learn them now!!
