Cactus Cooper is a very interesting case of a man who has been recording his psychedelic songs for about 25 years. He has released 10 cassettes, 1 vinyl lp, one cd, has been featured on three CDs and a vinyl compilation, and a few years ago he released a double cd that contained songs from all of his releases. Now is the time for a release with new songs after several years, to be exact from 2007!  “Every day I wake into this Daymare”, like the whole title is, contains 12 songs that swirl between psychedelic fumes and extraordinary acid trip! Acid mostly acoustic moods, few drums, thousands of guitars, organ, bass, etc., make up a pretty psychedelic stuff. The album starts with Let's Take the Trip, a song that surrounds our friend's psychic world, and not only that!! The surrealistic and not only lyrics and some fascinating songs like the cardiothoral drift bottle, the tricky and outrageous wheel of decay, the unlikely subnarcotic airline, follow your own rules, which relies on the organ played someone Billie, as well as several others, ala Barrett's moon sofa, the loving My friend is green, the average wise man, one nearly garage singing, dominated by a rushed guitar !! Finally, his top song, and one of the best recorded by our German friend, is Where You Are, a nearly 7 minute kraut/ psychedelic and abundantly hypnotic song. O Cactus Cooper είναι μια πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα περίπτωση, ενός ανθρώπου ο οποίος ηχογραφεί εδώ και περίπου μια 25ετία μόνος του τα ψυχεδελικά του τραγούδια. Έχει κυκλοφορήσει 10 κασέτες, 1 βινύλιο, ένα cd, έχει συμμετάσχει  σε τρία cd και ένα βινύλιο, ενώ ελάχιστα χρόνια πριν, κυκλοφόρησε ένα διπλό cd το οποίο περιείχε τραγούδια από όλες του τις κυκλοφορίες. Τώρα ήρθε η ώρα για νέα κυκλοφορία ύστερα από αρκετά χρόνια, για την ακρίβεια από το 2007! Το  When im asleep everything is fine, but each day I wake into this Daymare, όπως είναι ολόκληρος ο τίτλος, περιέχει 12 τραγούδια τα οποία αιωρούνται ανάμεσα σε ψυχεδελικές αναθυμιάσεις, αλλά και εξαιρετικών τριπαριστών στιγμών!  Ασιντ ακουστικές κυρίως διαθέσεις, ελάχιστα τύμπανα, χιλιάδες κιθάρες, όργανο, μπάσο κλπ, συνθέτουν ένα αρκετά ψυχεδελικό/φολκ κράμα. Το άλμπουμ ξεκινάει με το Let’s Take the Trip, ένα τραγούδι το οποίο περικλείει τον ψυχικό κόσμο του φίλου μας, αλλά και όχι μόνο αυτού!! Σουρεαλιστικοί και όχι μόνο στίχοι και ορισμένα συναρπαστικά τραγούδια όπως το καρδιογραφικό drift bottle, το πειραγμένο και εξόχως τριπαριστό wheel of decay, το απίθανο φολκ/κραουτ subnarcotic airline, το follow your own rules το οποίο στηρίζεται στο όργανο το οποίο παίζει κάποιος Billie, το, όπως και αρκετά άλλα, Μπαρετικό moon sofa, το τρυφερό My friend is green το average wise man, ένα σχεδόν γκαράζ τραγούδι, στο οποίο κυριαρχεί μια μανιασμένη κιθάρα!! Τέλος, το κορυφαίο του άλμπουμ, αλλά και ένα από τα καλύτερο που έχει ηχογραφήσει ο γερμανός φίλος μας, είναι το Where you are, ένα σχεδόν 7λεπτο kraut/ψυχεδελικό και αφθόνως υπνωτικό τραγούδι. Οι τριάντα πρώτες κοπιες ειναι σε μια πολύ ξεχωριστή συσκευασία, δες φώτο, με στίχους και σημειώσεις για κάθε τραγούδι.
