"Omnia Opera is some spacemen who live on the planet Hawkwind!" That's how I started the review for the first self-titled album (‘93-Delerium), of these amazing guys, in the first issue of printed gew-gaw around ‘95!! A few years later they released the second album entitled Red Shift (2cd 1997). Since then I had been left with the impression that they have not released anything else until one day i was talking to the boss of Sound Effect, I learned that his label is preparing to release their third album in a triple vinyl album!!!!! Then I learned that in 2011 they had released a double cd called Nothing Is Ordinary! Now, and having heard it several times, I can say with certainty that it is another unique space music masterpiece, which only English bands can record! Unlikely tracks, all of which lead you to different planets. I really don’t know about which song to write!!! The meteorite of supernova. The destroyer of worlds or maybe the fantastic nothing is ordinary!!!? Or leaning backwards, which closes one eye to Floyd of the mid-70s. Finally, for the gentle meteorization of the exciting, and one of the top space songs ever recorded by a terrestrial band, under the sun!!!!

Go up the stairs, sit back in the seats, but don’t get caught your zones. The spacecraft begins the journey to infinity!

«Οι Οmnia Opera ειναι κάποιοι διαστημάνθρωποι που κατοικούν στον πλανήτη Hawkwind!». Κάπως έτσι ξεκινούσα την παρουσίαση του ομώνυμου αριστουργηματικού πρώτου άλμπουμ (1993 Delerium) των αφηνιασμένων τούτων space εγγλέζων, στο πρώτο τεύχος του γκίου γκο, κάπου το ΄94!! Λίγα χρόνια αργότερα κυκλοφόρησε το δεύτερο με τίτλο Red Shift σε cd (1997). Εκτοτε είχα μείνει με την εντύπωση οτι δεν είχαν κυκλοφορήσει κάτι άλλο, ώσπου μια μέρα μιλώντας με το αφεντικό της Sound Effect, έμαθα οτι το label του ετοιμάζεται να κυκλοφορήσει το τρίτο άλμπουμ τους σε τριπλό βιμύλιο!!!!! Τότε έμαθα οτι το 2011 είχαν κυκλοφορήσει ενα διπλό σιντί με τίτλο Nothing Is Ordinary! Τώρα πλέον, και αφού το έχω ακούσει κάμποσες φορές μπορώ να πω με σιγουριά οτι ειναι άλλο ένα μοναδικό space αριστούργημα, απο αυτά που μόνο τα εγγλέζικα γκρουπ μπορούν να ηχογραφήσουν! Απίθανες συνθέσεις, όλες σε οδηγούν σε διαφορετικούς πλανήτες. Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω για ποιο τραγούδι να γράψω!!! Τον μετεωρίτη του supernova; Το destroyer of worlds η μήπως για το nothing is ordinary; Η μήπως το leaning backwards, το οποίο κλείνει το ενα ματί και στους Floyd των μέσων της δεκαετίας του ‘70!!;;

H τέλος, για τον απαλό μετεωρισμο του συναρπαστικού, και ενός εκ των κορυφαίων space τραγουδιών που έχουν ηχογραφηθεί ποτέ απο γήινο συγκρότημα, του under the sun;

Ανεβείτε τα σκαλοπάτια, καθίστε αναπαυτικά στα καθίσματα αλλά μη δεθείτε. Το διαστημόπλοιο ξεκινάει το ταξίδι στο άπειρο!
